Once the period of deferred action has ended, the immigrant may apply to extend their deferred action.
Extension for Humanitarian Deferred Action
Immigrants approved for humanitarian deferred action can request an extension by filing Form I-94 (Arrival / Departure Record) at least 90 days before their expiration date.
